NASF Tournament Insurance

During an NASF sanctioned tournament general liability coverage is provided for the directors, staff, officials, participants and field owners and sponsors as additional insureds. Each participating team must be NASF registered and purchase the NASF tournament package.

$2,000,000 - General Liability per Occurrence/Unlimited Aggregate
$250,000 - Sexual Abuse/Molestation Per Person/$500,000 Policy Aggregate
$100,000 - Excess Accident Medical Benefit ($0 Deductible)
$5,000 - Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit

Youth Day Tournament up to 18 Teams - $125.00; $5.50 each additional team
Youth Overnight Tournament up to 15 Teams - $125.00; $6.50 each additional team
Adult Day Tournament up to 8 Teams - $125.00; $11.50 each additional team
Adult Overnight Tournament up to 8 Teams - $125.00; $12.50 each additional team

All Other Sports Tournament Coverage

MEDICAL EXCLUSIONS:
No benefits will be paid for a loss caused by or resulting from:
1. dental treatment, except as a result of injury to sound, natural teeth;
2. services or treatment rendered by a doctor, or nurse who is the insured or a member of his/her immediate family;
3. war or any act of war;
4. any intentionally self-inflicted injury;
5. charges that are not usual and reasonable for services in the geographic area where performed;
6. sickness or disease. "For a complete list of all exclusions, please refer to the Policy".
Note: Written notice of cliam must be given to Us within 20 days after the covered loss occurs or begins or as soon as reasonably possible. "You will receive claim forms when your certificates of insurance are issued."
