North American Sports Federation Commitment

We continue our quest in 2010 to promote “the advancement of amateur sports programs.” All teams will have an participant Accident Medical Coverage with their Liability policy except those who purchase the adult liability only plan. The NASF Insurance Program includes Field Owners as additional insured during NASF sanctioned activities.

The fee for additional insured certificate request received after your original enrollment has been processed is $10.00, per certificate.
