We offer (2) packages that include the general liability and participant accident medical. When a team purchases NASF participant accident medical insurance, all players, coaches, and managers receive benefits for accidental injuries that occur in ALL organized practices, games, and tournaments

PLAN C - 19 Years and Older

PLAN D - 19 Years and Older

Federal Insurance Company

League Rate: $75.00/Team - Single Team Rate: $85.00/Team

The policy covers lawsuits brought against your team by certain third parties such as participants and spectators. Protection is provided to the team, league, field owners and sponsors from lawsuits brought for claims of bodily injury or property damage arising from your team’s amateur sports activities, including games and tournaments. Teams will receive a certificate of insurance naming field owners and sponsors as additional insureds. Premiums are not refundable
